Hell must have frozen over because Bush has agreed to speak at the NAACP. Seriously though, every president going back to I don't know how far has spoken to the NAACP and Bush has been the exception.
I am not surpised, now that his term is almost over and he is a lame duck he wants to speak to the NAACP. I guess in Bush's mind the NAACP is good enough to speak to before one becomes the President of the United States and when he is about to retire.
