President Bush, addressing the NAACP after skipping its convention for five years, said Thursday he knows racism exists in America and that many black voters distrust his Republican Party.If the most out of touch man/President in the U.S. knows that racism still exist in America why do so many people, ie Tony Snow and others want us to believe that racism is not a problem in today society.
