A Fulton County Superior Judge ruled Tuesday that Georgia's ban on gay marriage, overwhelmingly approved by voters in 2004, violates the state's constitution.I for one am glad this is over. This was a fight that many of us in Georgia thought we had lost. I spent most of 2004 fighting this ammendment only to lose and now we have finally won.
