U.S. urged to apologize for 1930s deportations

Are we getting dangerously close to repeating more mistakes of the past? In the USA Today
Tens of thousands, and possibly more than 400,000, Mexicans and Mexican-Americans were deported because of fear that they were taking jobs from Americans. Most were children who were citizens others were adults who were citizens, or legal residents.
