We are now getting close to the end of the 12th day of my Technorati account not working and still no response from their customer service.
On the other hand Dell overnighted me a replacement key board (I spilled water on it) for my laptop along with excellent instructinons on how to replace the keyboard and now my laptop is fixed, all under 24 hours.
