A federal discrimination lawsuit on behalf of the surviving family members of a man who died of a heart attack after the police chief prevented his friend from performing CPR.

Bowman physically Snead and others from performing CPR on Claude Green. Bowman believed Green was HIV Positive because he was gay. What sense does this make?

Bowman who based this on no medical experience just believed all gays have HIV. Bowman also told EMS workers that Green was HIV+ and tried to prevent them from performing life saving measures.
