PageOneQ reports that a lawsuit filed by the Log Cabin Republicans to overturn Don't Ask, Don't Tell was tossed out by a judge, not because the case has no merit, but because there are none of the plaintiffs were named as a member of the LCR -- ostensibly because they haven't the cojones to be out of the closet, or perhaps, affiliated with the LCR. Who knows?
