At their semi-annual meeting the national board of Hadassah, one of the United States oldest and most active Zionist organizations, has approved a resolution calling for anti-discrimination legislation to protect the civil rights of homosexual couples. The resolution also called for equal protection under the law comparable to those afforded to heterosexual couples.
