Judge rules against 'intelligent design' in science class

CNN and AP are reporting that Intelligent design cannot be mentioned in biology classes in a Pennsylvania public school district.

In an opinion issued today, U.S. District Judge John Jones ruled that teaching "intelligent design" would violate the Constitutional separation of church and state.
