Officials seize baby from mother, because the father commited the crime of rape 20 years ago.

We are living in a very scary place when this is allowed to happen. The father of the baby plead guilty to rape and sodomy 20 years ago. That means he served his time, and now the state can take the baby away from his parents because the dad plead guilty to rape two decades ago. This just makes me want to SCREAM!!!
